The S&W M&P15 Sport II NJ 223Rem/5.56NATO 16is very comparable in size, weight and overall feel. The Shield has a better trigger. But the S&W M&P15 Sport II ger is very functional. And the G2C slide is much, much easier to work than the Shield. Also, the S&W M&P15 Sport II NJ 223Rem/5.56NATO 16 has a larger capacity at 12+1 vs 8+1. Overall, it’s a great concealed carry firearm and I’m very pleased.

The S&W M&P15 Sport II NJ 223Rem/5.56NATO 16 is a outstanding gun, I like it better then any pistol I have ever had in my hand. I also have a G3c but I will take the S&W M&P15 Sport II NJ 223Rem/5.56NATO 16 over it any time. I am sold on the G2c ( the main reason is the load indicator ) you can know if the gun is loaded even in the dark, the indicator sucks on the G3c. why did Taurus do this to a great gun ?
